DCM Shriram Industries Limited (DSIL), known for its century old tradition towards nation building. The DCM Group has a strong legacy of production and collaboration. It has now forayed into Defence manufacturing under the ‘Make in India’ initiative. DSIL plans to set up a fully integrated facility, in a graduated manner, to produce Defence Equipment for the Defence and Homeland Security Organisations.

DSIL has been granted Industrial Licenses to manufacture Multi Role Armoured Vehicles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Communication Equipment and Opto- Electronic Devices by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
