DCM Shriram International Limited (DCMSIL) is establishing a fully integrated defense manufacturing ecosystem, developed through a phased and structured approach. The facility is envisioned to design, engineer, and manufacture advanced defense solutions aligned with the evolving operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, State Police Organizations, and homeland security agencies, while also addressing select global markets. In support of this vision, DCMSIL has been granted Industrial Licenses by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, under the Arms Act, 1959, authorizing the company to manufacture the defense equipment.
